All sales of digital illustrations are final. Refunds and returns are not available, except in the following cases:
- The purchased file is corrupted or unopenable, and we are unable to provide a working version.
- You accidentally purchased the same item twice, and can provide proof of duplicate transactions.

If you experience any issues with the download or file usage, please contact us. We will assist you in troubleshooting the problem and, if necessary, provide a new download link.
3. Unauthorized Purchases
We do not process refunds for mistaken or unauthorized purchases. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
