Q: Why is there an “Add to Basket” button?

It’s there for security and download management purposes only. No payment is required, and you will never be charged.

Q: How do I download the illustrations I selected?

Add the items to your basket and complete the checkout process. Since our illustrations are free, no payment details are needed. A confirmation email with your download links will be sent to you once the order is completed.

Q: Do I need to enter my credit card information to download the illustration?

No. All illustrations are free, so you do not need to enter any credit card details to download them.

Q: What is the license for downloaded images?

Our illustrations are available for personal and commercial use, but resale or redistribution of them as standalone files is strictly prohibited. Please review our License Agreement for details.

Q: Can I use the illustration for commercial projects?

Q: Can I edit or modify the illustration before using it?

Yes, you are free to edit and modify the artwork. However, you cannot resell modified versions as your own art.

Q: Is attribution required for commercial use?

Attribution is appreciated but not required, including for commercial use. If you’d like to credit us, please mention CharmClip Co. with a link back to our site when you can.

Q: Can I use the illustration for AI training or machine learning datasets?

No, our illustrations may not be used for AI training, machine learning, or related technologies.

Q: Can I create NFTs using the downloaded artwork?

No, converting our illustrations into NFTs for resale is strictly prohibited.

Q: What file formats are included?

Most illustrations are provided in PNG (transparent background) format.

Q: How do I download the illustrations I purchased?

After your payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes a download link. Click the link to download your files.
If you created an account on our site, you can also access your files by logging in to the “My account” page and opening the “Downloads” section.
An account can be created after your purchase using the information you entered during checkout.

Q: My downloaded file is corrupted. What should I do?

If you encounter any issues, please contact us for assistance. We will provide a new file for download.

Q: What software can I use to open the files?

Our illustrations are compatible with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other image-editing programs. Free software like GIMP also works.
